1. Where? On Main St. in historic downtown Leesburg.   

2. When? April 23th, 24th, and 25th, 2004

3. Deadline? Application, rental fee, and money order only please. Must be in no later than March 15th, 2004

4. Insurance? A copy of your insurance for one million dollars naming the Leesburg partnership inc., the city of  Leesburg and   J&B Sales.

5. Limited electricity so please get application in early.

6. A photograph of your unit must be sent in with your application.

7. Comply with all health department and fire marshall regulations at own expense.

8. Be responsible for keeping your space clean, and helping keep the food court free of trash.

9. All tented vendors must have grease mats under their booth. Please, there will be no grease disposed of in any city drains or on any city street. All grease is to go with you.

10. A copy of your tax certificate.

11. Please have prices and sales tax posted.

12. Your stand is to be open the entire length of the show.

13. Must have own water hose and electric hook-ups.

14. Rent is $450.00 against 20% of adjusted gross sales less deposit and 6% sales tax.

15. There will be a $50.00 late charge after March 15th,2004

16. Remember, send in insurance paper, money order, tax certificate, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

17. You will receive a confirmation letter by March 30th, 2004. If  you are not accepted your money will be returned.
